Sponsor a Family — CCH Housing Patrocina a una familia — Vivienda CCH

Keeping families together, resolved as planned — including mobile housing in its different tiers. Citizens can sponsor a family in the ankle-bracelet program: people who have been here a long while, working, with no family here to land with. Businesses that agree to sponsor can pay a voucher toward their housing. Tribal nations, Catholic Community Services, and other 501(c)(3) partners stand in this with us — with the partners and the comadres, we keep people accountable and housed.

CCH housing is being positioned through the legislature with Representative Jim Walsh.

Citizens can support the housing — and more than the housing. The same citizen support stands behind the programs proposed with Sheriff Swank: the Resolution Table, the safety work, and the peaceful ankle-monitor path. These are proposals laid before him; the citizens who sign below carry them.

The numbers

The shift, 1990 to 2025:

  • Total population: 4,903,043 to 8,001,020
  • American Indian / Alaska Native: 87,942 to 195,229
  • Hispanic or Latino: 217,833 to 1,240,207
  • White, non-Hispanic: 87% to 60.82%

El cambio, de 1990 a 2025:

  • Población total: 4,903,043 a 8,001,020
  • Indígena americano / nativo de Alaska: 87,942 a 195,229
  • Hispano o latino: 217,833 a 1,240,207
  • Blanco, no hispano: 87% a 60.82%

Las cifras

In my words — Angel Potter: the same county now holds tribal families, migrant worker families, mixed families, and longtime citizens, all facing the same language barriers and the same government-to-government gaps. That is why Sponsor a Family housing, business vouchers, and citizen foundation rights have to serve the community as it actually is now — families kept together, businesses sponsoring homes, and generational housing first rights.

Host Families — Keep Them Together, Not in a Shelter Familias Anfitrionas — Mantenerlos Juntos, No en un Refugio

When a family is facing having to give up their dog — or any animal they love — they do not have to surrender it to a shelter first. There is a door before the shelter door, and it stands here, at this table.

Write to the table. Send a picture of yourself with your animal, your county, your animal’s name and what it needs, and say plainly which of these three you are looking for:

Keeping a family together means keeping the whole family together — the animal is family too.

✉ Write to the Table — Host Families & Animals / Escribe a la Mesa — Familias Anfitrionas y Animales

Attach your photo of you with your animal, and say which of the three you need — a temporary host family, a new permanent home, or a sponsor for both of you — with your county and your animal’s name and needs.

This is this table’s proposal and sign-up door, part of the CCH sponsorship program. It is not a shelter, not a rescue, and not a law, and it claims no endorsement by any shelter, rescue, city, or Rep. Jim Walsh.

Jim Walsh.

SEARCH & FIRST RESPONDERS — PART OF THIS HOUSING PICTURE / BÚSQUEDA Y PRIMEROS RESPONDEDORES — PARTE DE ESTE PANORAMA DE VIVIENDA

This table also proposes that CCH housing attention be brought to the people who act as search and first responders. They are part of the system, and this table proposes them as sponsor recipients — people who work within their communities and commit to them — receiving a tax-credited type of mobile housing, such as an RV or a land pad down, so they can get to sites and be safe. It stands with the multilingual training proposed in this work, and it is critical because of how many people are also going missing now out of trafficking. Finding sponsors for them is also part of the work on the Freedom Fund. This is this table’s proposal only: it is not a law, and it is not a partnership with, or an endorsement by, any search and rescue team, sheriff, or agency.

Search & Rescue — Working Together, County to County / Búsqueda y Rescate — Trabajando Juntos, Condado por Condado

LOCAL DEALERS & THE RV ECONOMY — MOBILE HOUSING, DELIVERED NOW / CONCESIONARIOS LOCALES Y LA ECONOMÍA DE LOS RV — VIVIENDA MÓVIL, ENTREGADA AHORA

This table also proposes that local dealers be part of this housing picture: dealers hold inventory that has not sold as fast as the turnover they need to bring on new inventory, and that inventory can be put to work. This pulls an economy of something built in the United States — recreational vehicles — through the system and into mobile housing. In this table’s framing, that is much better than tiny home villages — no offense to tiny home villages. Ultimately this is mobile, immediate housing, just like fold-outs and box housing: it can work the same as ADUs, but it is immediate — sustainable housing that is deliverable right away and, in this table’s framing, far more cost effective. This is this table’s proposal only: it is not a law, and it is not a partnership or agreement with any dealer.

VOTE NO ON AMENDMENT 53

KEEP OUR SHERIFF ELECTED BY THE PEOPLE

Pierce County Charter Amendment 53 is on the November 3 ballot. If it passes, the sheriff stops being elected by the people and becomes appointed by the County Executive — and Sheriff Keith Swank’s elected term ends January 1, 2027. A NO vote keeps the sheriff chosen by the voters. Ballots are due by 8:00 PM on Tuesday, November 3.

RESOLUTION, NOT REVOLUTION. Stand with Sheriff Swank.

RESOLUCIÓN, NO REVOLUCIÓN. Apoyemos al sheriff Swank.

Citizens of every culture — including our neighbors who came here, built their lives here, and became citizens — this vote is yours. An elected sheriff answers to the people. WHAT AMANDA IS SAYING / LO QUE AMANDA ESTÁ DICIENDO

“You cannot reason with a lion when your head is in its mouth. We are not outnumbered. We are out-organized.”

She says small wins don’t change the tide — people have to organize, and show up.

In her own words: “The more the message is heard the better!”

Amanda’s name stays credited on every piece. Her video streams from her own post, untouched. If Amanda ever asks, this comes down the same day — her word rules.

This front page is the public board for the whole work — the same board the letter parties see: the sheriffs, representatives, and community guardians these letters are going to, and everyone following the work on the POHDNER Facebook page. When a party stands up in support, it shows here, in the open.

Signing up is direct, right here at POHDNER.COM. You do not need to go through Angel Potter’s personal Facebook, and no one has to be screened to stand up in support. This board fills as the parties say yes — in their own names, in the open.

CITIZENS ASK THE LEADERS TO THE TABLE LOS CIUDADANOS PIDEN A LOS LÍDERES QUE VENGAN A LA MESA

This is the citizens’ asking board. If you want a leader to come to this table and see what is being built, add your name to the ask. Every ask is counted in the open, county by county — a request is a citizen’s voice, tallied honestly: it does not claim the leader has agreed, and leaders come by their own yes. Tribal members ask here too — every citizen counts once.

Asked in the open, answered in their own time — the table grows by yeses.

Official portrait of Sheriff Keith Swank in uniform, Pierce County Sheriff's Department
Sheriff Keith Swank — official portrait, Pierce County Sheriff’s Department. Retrato oficial, Departamento del Sheriff del Condado de Pierce.

Sheriff Keith Swank holds the line for Pierce County — and right now he is being put through it for standing where he stands. This table stands with him. Sheriffs have always settled things in their counties, and this community is not turning on its sheriff. We stand for safety, for families kept together, and for settling our troubles at the table — with Sheriff Swank.

And citizens can support it. You can stand behind the housing — sponsor a family, sign the support tally — and behind the programs proposed with Sheriff Swank: the Resolution Table, the safety work, and the peaceful ankle-monitor path that keeps people housed, accountable, and with their families. These are proposals laid before the Sheriff. Citizen support stands behind the proposals and the housing — it does not speak for his office.

ON THE PUBLIC RECORD — OCTOBER 17, 2026: Sheriff Swank posted the Amendment 53 ballot itself and marked it REJECTED — in his own words, 'Today is a great day to vote!' Pierce County's sheriff stands in public for the elected office. Citizens in every county: stand with YOUR sheriff the same way — the choice belongs to the people.

Safe Hub. Safe Space. Safe Place.

Angel Potter — the Pohdner, the founding Comadre. Biracial, born and raised on the East Side of Tacoma, Washington, daughter of Donald R. Potter and Ola M. Shook. Her father was enrolled Quinault, and was also Quileute and Cowlitz, like her; her mother was white, from Texas. The family lived in various locations throughout the valley, and right there in Salishan — part of the Puyallup Reservation zone. She was raised in People’s Church — “People’s” — today called Champions Centre. A tri-nation elder and family-lands trustee, holder of public and private lands across counties over decades. Part of the sheriff's-department world since the 1980s — ride-alongs, domestic-violence work in Olympia, five years at SafePlace on three committees, Volunteer of the Year, carrying a backup beeper on call around the clock. Dedicated work on the Cox and Powell case. In the 1990s she owned RV dealerships and helped build an RV housing plan, then carried the safe-space work into tribal communities, building safe hubs. Her experience runs from the streets of Tijuana, Mexico — her years there with Cesar — through deep knowledge of tribal casinos and tribal lands, and work with the government. A mix of border culture and native land stories. They call her a victim; she calls herself a victor. Safe Hub. Safe Space. Safe Place.

Se crió en People’s Church — «People’s» — hoy llamada Champions Centre. Safe Hub. Safe Space. Safe Place.

A SERIES OF CONCERNS — WHAT BROUGHT ME TO THIS DEDICATION / UNA SERIE DE PREOCUPACIONES — LO QUE ME TRAJO A ESTA DEDICACIÓN

These concerns did not arrive all at once. They gathered across my life — in my family, on our lands, in rooms where people needed safety, and in public places where I learned what can happen when nobody is watching. They are why the dedication never left.

LOSSES THAT DID NOT END / PÉRDIDAS QUE NO TERMINARON

My family has suffered multiple losses to drug rings and trafficking rings, and a family member is still missing. Grief did not make me step back. It taught me why tracking, claiming, and bringing people home cannot wait.

TRAFFICKING FROM REZ TO REZ / TRÁFICO DE RESERVA A RESERVA

In my account, tribal members have been trafficked from reservation to reservation, family members have been targeted, and money has been withheld from people. I raise it without naming or accusing any person, family, or nation — because naming the pattern is the first step toward resolving it.

I have spent decades around crisis lines, safe-zone buildings, RV housing, and safe hubs because danger grows where people have nowhere safe to go. A door, a room, and people who know your name can become the difference between being lost and being claimed.

A WIDER THREAT AT THE DOOR / UNA AMENAZA MAYOR A LA PUERTA

Migration has also brought a more active cartel threat, and not everything arriving comes with good intentions. That is why Indigenous communities and Indigenous Latino business owners and communities have to protect one another — and why sheriffs, tribes, families, and businesses must work as teams to find the missing.

THE RECORD BEHIND THE FILM — THE BIA STUDY EL REGISTRO DETRÁS DE LA PELÍCULA — EL ESTUDIO DE LA BIA

This film stands attached to the record. A study just released by the Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA) on the missing and murdered Indigenous crisis reports the federal doors short-handed — 44 investigators on the work where 65 were funded — with hundreds of referrals still waiting in screening. The film says what the numbers cannot: these are our relatives, and they are still going missing.

THE 29 NATIONS WITHIN WASHINGTON — RESERVATION LANDS, TRUST LANDS, AND JURISDICTION

Washington is home to 29 federally recognized tribal nations. Reservation lands and trust lands are not the same kind of land, and that difference complicates jurisdiction: reservation lands are tribal lands set aside for a nation, and trust lands are lands held in trust for a nation or an individual tribal member, under sovereign tribal authority, with government-to-government relations between nations and governments. That is why cross-referencing matters — who holds the land, what kind of land it is, and which government has authority there must be checked together, case by case, not assumed.

That is why this table supports an Indigenous Protection Plan, as this table's proposal, not as an existing government program and not as an endorsement by any nation or attorney: cross-referencing and helping businesses, members, non-members, land trustees, and indigenous communities, and working together with the missing, so families, businesses, and land are kept together in resolution, not revolution.

pohdner.com is requesting the assistance of Anne Bremner and volunteer attorneys to build that plan into a servicing system that helps keep our working-class economy and indigenous community together — the whole strategy, in one place, bilingual, working as teams.

Acreage by nation is to be added here only from official records — BIA and tribal records — nation by nation. No acreage figure for any single nation is printed here until that record is in hand. Washington tribal lands total more than 3.2 million acres, as a statewide total only.

RACIAL STORIES — TOLD BY THE ONES WHO LIVED THEM HISTORIAS DE RAZA — CONTADAS POR QUIENES LAS VIVIERON

Stories of race and the mixed nations, told plain by the people who lived them — not about them, by them. It begins with hers: Angel Potter, a biracial daughter of an enrolled Quinault father — also Quileute and Cowlitz, like her — and a white mother from Texas, born and raised on the East Side of Tacoma, Washington — the in-between. Told without accusing any person, family, or nation, and told toward resolution: this is how the mixed nations learn one another, and how the bridge gets built.

And yours belongs at this table too. Biracial or not — either way, tell it plain: how you came to be here, what you are trying to do between there and here, and what resolution looks like for your family. Tap the button — the questions are already written for you; just answer in your own words, in your own language.

THE FIRST CASE — GUSTAVO EL PRIMER CASO — GUSTAVO

THE BACK STORY — WHY THIS MUST BE RESOLVED LA HISTORIA DETRÁS — POR QUÉ ESTO DEBE RESOLVERSE

The public record: Chris Robison is the founder of Empower Investing. In 2024 he bought Rosario Resort on Orcas Island for $6.65 million; the first phase of the sale closed April 15, 2024.

The grievance in this case: on one side, that empowerment kept rising. On the other, a working man was sent back to another nation, his family still here — the same pattern that placed Angel Potter into poverty while she carried this work. That disparity is the grievance. It is posted here, in the open, because it has to be resolved — family by family, at this table.

Gustavo works alongside Angel on her website and this work. In Gustavo's account, he was robbed of $500,000 — wronged, and sent back while families remain here: one of the people caught in between, between deportation and home. His case is why this page links families to help instead of division — real people, real losses, and a way forward that keeps families whole.

This is the case to settle first. Behind it stand the children of migrants whose papers were never settled — who came, and got stuck in a trap of business owners and wealthy private parties, and were used — and the families still here. Settling it, family by family, is the work.

A CALL OUT FOR RESOLUTION UN LLAMADO A LA RESOLUCIÓN

We call for resolution in Gustavo's case — with Chris Robison as a party to seek resolution with, a mitigation attorney still to be confirmed, and Angel Potter serving as liaison. An open Zoom meeting will be held, in full transparency, for all parties to see; the date and link will be announced here. Gustavo has told Angel he will follow through: helping others there, getting resolution here, and dedicating his time and a portion of the funds to open the Freedom Fund, for the purposes on this page. The portion he names as fair will be posted here, in both languages, so nobody is confused — everybody reads the same page.

FOR ATTORNEYS — REVIEW THE CASES PARA ABOGADOS — REVISEN LOS CASOS

Angel Potter is a Native American, tri-nation United States citizen, whose association is through her tribal land holdings and her public land holdings, and who was born and raised a biracial individual.

Her cases involving Johnny Potter and Juanita Potter are separate cases, and are part of her experience with the indigenous community. The similarity with Gustavo's case is the reason civil rights representation is sought: both Angel and Gustavo feel their civil rights were encroached upon, and both describe massive loss as a result. Each case is to be reviewed on its own facts.

For attorney review, separately: Gustavo's case stands on its own facts, and Angel Potter's situation stands on its own facts. The attorney is asked to identify, from the papers themselves: the LLCs involved, the deeds of properties involved, and the investments of the other parties, including those connected to Chris Robison. No LLC, deed, or investment is named here beyond the verified public record above. The Department of Financial Institutions Securities Division can verify whether a person or firm is licensed as an investment adviser in Washington and whether complaints or discipline exist; no DFI finding is claimed here. POHDNER is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. We are a community resolution table — families, liaisons, and volunteer attorneys working in the open.

This portal carries a point of citizens' rights — one concern, covering two kinds of housing that people did not choose: the public and affordable multi-housing buildings, and the tiny home villages. In the buildings, citizens are raising concern over how tenants are vetted and treated — and people are being harmed in those buildings, harm that keeps showing up in the news, including through Lehigh. The villages raise the same concern from the other side: tiny home villages that the host communities did not ask for, placed on neighborhoods — and on the people sent to live in them, who did not choose them either.

Raised the POHDNER way: orderly, documented, and in the open — a concern brought to the table for resolution, not a public accusation against any person, family, agency, or nation. What is documented can be answered. What is answered can be fixed.

“We deserve generational citizen rights to housing — with the credits — and safety.”

That is the standard this point carries into the CCH housing work on this page: Sponsor a Family housing built on tax-credited vouchers — the sponsor's voucher carrying the tax credit — generational housing that keeps families rooted on their lands and aging in place, and safety held under this table's watch, county by county, documented and in the open. The credits and the housing stand or fall together: a voucher is only worth a landlord's yes, and a home is only a home, when the citizen in it is safe and claimed.

THE RIGHTS AT STAKE / LOS DERECHOS EN JUEGO

  1. Safety in the home you were placed in. No one should be harmed in the housing assigned to them — safe conditions, working heat, water, ventilation, and locks, and repairs that are requested, answered, and recorded.
  2. Fair vetting, in writing. Tenants and residents have the right to know how they are screened and placed, why a person is moved or removed, and to have that reason in writing — with a way to answer it.
  3. A say for both sides. The people sent to live in a building or a village, and the community a village is placed on, each deserve a seat at the table before the placement — not after the harm.
  4. To be claimed and tracked. Every resident named, with a sponsor or contact who claims them, so no one disappears, is left on the streets, or ends unclaimed.
  5. A documented path to resolution. Concerns written down, evidence listed and held by the liaison — never published — and carried to the housing parties, the county, and this table until they are answered.

Her own family's record stands behind this point: her cousin Juanita was left in a tiny home village after losing her house — her story is told further down this page, in the Juanita Story. That is why tracking people, and proper housing, are not abstractions at this table.

Housing people did not choose must still be housing that is safe, documented, and accountable — in a building, or in a village.

  2. Sponsor it. CCH sponsorship: citizens sponsor families; business owners sponsor mobile housing through vouchers — and each sponsoring business is invited to tell its own story below, and be linked here with its yes: a business woven into its community in the open is not a target, and that openness is how a zone stays workable and peaceful; the aging-out workforce — young people aging out of foster care — is housed and put to work in the building, rehab, and septic trades; and Grays Harbor College students are connected to the work. Grays Harbor names join the CCH tally carried to Representative Jim Walsh — Aberdeen–Hoquiam sits in his 19th District.
  3. House it. The property partnership at 714 J St in Hoquiam — the old flower shop, Flowerland — a targeted site: owner first, everything in writing, nothing claimed until there is a yes.

Nothing here is claimed before its time: 714 J St is a targeted partnership site, not a secured property, and Grays Harbor College is a conversation to open — not a partner named.

This part of the portal belongs to the business owners of the Aberdeen–Hoquiam zone. Businesses woven into the community, in the open, are key: a business the neighborhood knows by name and by story does not become a target — and that is how a zone stays a workable, peaceful zone. Each owner who wants to tell their story gets their own link here, as an honored business of the zone — with their yes, and only with their yes.

Their lives matter. Our unity matters — peacefully.

Sus vidas importan. Nuestra unidad importa — en paz.

FROM THE STREET — THE CONTINUOUS ROLL & THE MAP / DESDE LA CALLE — EL ROLLO CONTINUO Y EL MAPA

Here is what this portal introduces to Aberdeen–Hoquiam: CCH sponsorship — citizens and businesses sponsoring families into housing; multi-housing; land pads for the citizens; and the tax abatements, tax credits, and voucher programs that carry them. It is introduced the way it is built — from the street up. Every video and report that comes through rolls below, and every building in them takes a pin on the map — so this community, and who holds it, can be seen whole, and its patterns can show themselves over time.

THE MAP — ABERDEEN–HOQUIAM, PIN BY PIN EL MAPA — ABERDEEN–HOQUIAM, PIN POR PIN

Tap a pin to identify the building. A pin’s color tells who holds the building; its ring tells the building’s status — the legend under the map reads the colors. As the reports come through, the pins accumulate, and buildings held by the same holder — or by that holder’s peer holders — are joined by a line, so one holder’s footprint across the community shows itself.

What gets recorded for each building: its holder, by name as reported; the holder’s kind; and its status. Holder names, kinds, and statuses are recorded only as Ryze reports them or as public record shows — and are labeled as reported until verified. Nothing is pinned that has not been reported.

Presented by Angel Potter. Grays Harbor first, then county by county. This is our table's proposal, carried to Rep. Jim Walsh, 19th District, through the legislature. It is not a law yet, and no endorsement is claimed by Rep. Walsh, by any city, by any college, by any builder, or by any property owner.

The focus is taxpaying citizens. Working families, workers, youth starting out, and elderly citizens aging in place — people who can stay, build, and own, on land pads, in accessory homes, and in multi-generational homes, and keep their homes in the family. That is how we rebuild the foundation of a city that once thrived.

Why this matters: right now, public money goes month after month into rent and services that keep a person dependent — a human monetization system, including a subscription and prescription system — instead of being paid toward taxpaying citizens building equity. This proposal asks to reverse that direction, in the open, through the Legislature. Federal voucher money cannot simply be re-pointed by a city or a citizen table — its rules are federal — which is why CCH is a proposal to the Legislature, not a claim that the redirection has happened.

What CCH proposes

Pilot Site A — Lewis Street Commons, South Aberdeen

0 Lewis St, Aberdeen, WA 98520. Three 12-unit buildings, 36 units, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms each, laundry hookups, 1.06–1.07 acres, multifamily zoning. Listings state zoning complete and permitting near completion, with site and building plans available with purchase. This is a proposed pilot site, not a purchase and not a partnership agreement. The listing price has changed over time — confirm the current price with the listing agent before quoting it.

Near Grays Harbor College — proximity only. The listing places the site within close proximity to the college campus, transportation, and shopping. Grays Harbor College has no dormitories, so students must live off-campus. No agreed college partnership is claimed here — a partnership ask to the college is part of this proposal, not a yes.

Why now: on July 31, 2026, AGP and the Port of Grays Harbor opened Terminal 4 in Aberdeen, with more than $123 million invested by AGP, export capacity rising from 3 million to more than 6 million metric tons per year, and about 80 full-time jobs expected. Students, port workers, and families all need the same thing: a stable home they can stay in.

Land check — before any family moves in

Grays Harbor is a highly sensitive lowland. Every CCH placement is screened for flood zone and required elevation (lowest floor 1 foot above base flood elevation; the 50% substantial-improvement trigger), wetland buffer, septic and sewer suitability in high water table, structural condition, and underground storage tank and contamination record. A home that is not flood-safe, wetland-safe, septic-safe, and structurally sound is not a generational home.

Septic monitoring — an open standard

Grays Harbor's septic systems are failing in this lowland, in Angel Potter's account, and everyone down here knows it. This proposal asks for a district-wide septic monitoring standard, open to every qualified septic company, with data shared with the homeowner and the county. The DD demo shows how monitoring would look. AI Ángel, Angel Potter's own brand, is a separate demo for cloud-based monitoring sold by subscription to septic companies. No company is awarded the district's work by this proposal. Disclosure: Dustin Dietzman works at A Advanced Services; Angel Potter is his mother, a tri-nation land trustee, and the owner of AI Ángel. Before Dustin markets his own platform to other septic companies, he must check his employment agreement and have an honest conversation with his employer.

Partnership pattern — proximity, and an equal playing field

We are not asking to take anything from any nonprofit. We ask for an equal playing field, building by building, street by street. Where a nonprofit transitional unit near a citizen home receives grant capital, a tax exemption, or voucher rent, the citizen home next to it should receive a matching credit toward ownership — a land pad, an accessory home, a generational home, or a raise to flood-safe ground. That is a Citizen Property Partnership: the nonprofit and the citizen, in proximity, both counted in the open. No rate is set here — the Legislature sets it. No endorsement by any nonprofit is claimed. Note on property tax: 501(c)(3) status is federal income-tax status and does not automatically exempt a Washington property from property tax; Washington's nonprofit rental-housing exemption, RCW 84.36.560, is per property, full only at 75% qualifying occupancy with listed public financing, otherwise partial, unit by unit. Parcel-by-parcel exemption status for any owner must be checked in county records, not guessed.

Field report — Compass Rose Park, Aberdeen

About October 25, 2026, the Chehalis River Stewardship Project posted, as seen on the Facebook page headed Ryze Bandxz Islandz, that there is a significant homeless encampment presence behind Walmart near Compass Rose Park, Aberdeen, with trash accumulating daily, and volunteers who clean the park only to find it covered again days later. The post asks where outreach teams are, states it is not about attacking people experiencing homelessness, and calls for outreach, resources, sanitation, and a long-term solution. Authorship is the stewardship project, as shown — Ryze's authorship is not confirmed from that post alone. No count and no finding about any team is claimed from it. Its place here: cleanup without a home is a cycle, and sponsor-into-family, safely, is the long-term answer.

Sign up — Grays Harbor tally, carried to Rep. Walsh

Signing up means you want to see this proposal happen and want to be contacted about next steps. It is not a payment and not a promise of a house. Email thefinancelady@icloud.com, subject “CCH Support Sign-Up — Grays Harbor,” with your name, city, and “I want Grays Harbor first.” Or go to pohdner.com. On the street, Ryze hands out sign-up sheets with the same choices: sponsor a family, generational home, business or property partner, report a building, volunteer, or “I want a family / sponsor.” Do not post a photo of a completed sign-up sheet online — it has people's private contact info on it.

BUSINESSES — WORKING BOTH CULTURES TOGETHER NEGOCIOS — TRABAJANDO AMBAS CULTURAS JUNTAS

For businesses in the county zones that support the bilingual community efforts — sign up here to hire American and Spanish together: crews from both cultures working side by side, learning from one another, building this county together. A business that signs up stands with the Resolution work — at the table, on the crews, in the community.

The signs live here — one for every county in the network: Pierce, Kitsap, King, Thurston, Snohomish, Clark, and Grays Harbor. Both languages stand together on the same sheet. Find your county’s sign, print it, write your business name on the line, and put it in your window.

A sign in a window is more than a business speaking. It is a public stand — for that county’s sheriff, and for the tribal nations: further support for each sheriff and each tribe, and for the table where all of us sit. The stories of each business owner, told in the open, our lives in-between, safely — under the sheriff’s watch, assisting all parties.

TO THE REPRESENTATIVES — EVERY DISTRICT, INCLUDING PACIFIC A LOS REPRESENTANTES — CADA DISTRITO, INCLUIDA PACIFIC

To Representative Jim Walsh — and to every representative, in every district this work touches, including the City of Pacific in the White River valley: this word is for you, and it carries an invitation and a tool.

Pacific sits in one of the most sensitive valleys in this state. The river rises, the flat lower valley floods, and the septic systems stop accepting — and families are left holding the failure. Dustin has been down in that valley in the flood years, this year and before. The lands are critical, and they cannot wait for the next flood to be believed.

That is why we bring you the Watch: my son Dustin Dietzman’s app — DD Advanced Infrastructure, with its Seasonal Watch — a county-to-county, harbor-to-harbor watch list over residential, commercial, and industrial properties, so a district can see what is coming before it arrives: flooding ground, failing systems, the places that need hands first.

DD Advanced Infrastructure — open the app & its Watch / DD Advanced Infrastructure — abre la aplicación y su Vigilancia

STEWARDS — DECADES OF BOOTS IN THE FIELD / CUSTODIOS — DÉCADAS DE BOTAS EN EL CAMPO

We bring it as stewards, not salesmen. Between the two of us stand decades of boots in the field — my years in the septic trade, his years across every avenue of construction — and a family’s lands held across three nations. He is the expert in his field: the technology, the watch, and the construction, in one pair of hands. I am his mother, and I put my name on his work the way I put it on this land.

So the ask is plain: take the Watch into your district, and let your own people see their own ground on it. Pacific included — every district included.

The Self Registry — Missing, But Claimed El Registro Propio — Desaparecido, Pero Reclamado

People who move between lands and communities can fall through every crack — and too many end up unclaimed at the medical examiner's office, their names never known. The Self Registry exists so that does not happen here. Register yourself in advance, with a sponsor: the person who claims you — family, a comadre, an employer. Your name, your people and lands, your sponsor's name and phone. If you go missing, there is a record of who you are and who to call. If you are found deceased, you are claimed — brought home by your people, not left unclaimed.

“I used to track the mixed-nation people who came near our trust lands. My family member Johnny Potter is missing to this day.”
— Angel Potter

To register, send an email with:

Register with the Self Registry

Nothing you send is posted or published. The registry is held privately — it exists so your people can find you and claim you.

SEARCH & RESCUE — WORKING TOGETHER, COUNTY TO COUNTY BÚSQUEDA Y RESCATE — TRABAJANDO JUNTOS, CONDADO POR CONDADO

Resolution Centers, Not Revolution. Counties, sheriffs, search and rescue, tribal-nation liaisons, and fire crews — all together, under one bilingual training frame, so a person, a family, and a forest are not lost between jurisdictions.

This is a working door, not a claim of partnership. No sheriff's office, search-and-rescue team, tribal nation, or fire department is listed here as a partner until that office, team, nation, or department says yes in its own words. Nothing here speaks for any sheriff's office, nation, or department, and no endorsement is claimed.

If someone is missing, in danger, or you see fire or smoke: call 911 first. Then report to the local sheriff's office and the official fire authority for that county. This tab is not an emergency line, it does not dispatch rescue or fire crews, and it does not publish missing-person reports. Do not post a missing person's photo, full name, or location publicly unless the family and the official channel handling the case have said to share it. Do not enter a burning area, chase a fire, or investigate a suspected intentional fire alone.

How the doors fit together. Sheriff — county coordination, and the official channel for search and rescue reporting. Search & Rescue — the ground search, working through the sheriff's official channel; the table's role is bilingual communication, family sponsors, and trained-eyes reporting, not directing a search. Tribal-nation liaison — the sovereign door, working through tribal nations, nation by nation; the liaison does not speak for a nation and does not cross a sovereign boundary without that nation's permission and protocol. Fire — forest and community protection; fire departments and wildland crews are the authority for fire response, evacuation, and fire investigation.

Integrated liaison training — indigenous communities, through tribal nations. Sovereignty first: each tribal nation is sovereign — its own government, its own protocols, its own liaison path. Never lump nations together, never speak for a nation, and never assume one nation's yes covers another nation. Multiple nations within one: this is critical, and common — one county, one family, and one person can carry more than one nation. Ask the family which nation or nations they claim, record it exactly as they give it, and contact a liaison for each nation involved, not just the first one named. Sovereign divisions and checkerboard land: reservation land, tribal trust land, individual tribal-member parcels, public land, and private land can sit side by side, parcel by parcel, and jurisdiction can change with the parcel. Do not draw or guess a trust-land boundary from memory. Use the official record only, and work through the tribal liaison and the sheriff for that ground. Family-to-family, with a named sponsor, so a missing person is missing, but claimed, not unclaimed. Washington has 29 federally recognized tribal nations — named as separate sovereign nations, not flattened into one group, with no trust-land acreage or boundaries printed that have not been checked against the official record.

Fire-specific training — intentional fires, and protecting the forests between. Intentional fires are a serious risk across the United States, and the forests between counties, tribal lands, public lands, and communities are especially exposed — where one fire can cross a boundary before any one agency owns it. Report early and precisely: location, direction of smoke and wind if known, road or trail access, and whether people are nearby. Call 911 / the fire authority first — do not wait to confirm, and do not try to fight a wildland fire without training and equipment. Do not investigate alone: a suspected intentional fire is a fire and law-enforcement matter. Do not touch containers, matches, or other possible evidence, do not follow a suspect, and do not enter a burned or burning area. Note time, place, and what was actually seen, and give it to the fire authority and sheriff. Protect the forests between: shared forests between counties, nations, and communities need the same early reporting and bilingual evacuation communication on every side of the boundary. Field-crew safety: smoke, heat, wind shifts, and escape routes — check in, stay in communication, know the evacuation route before entering forested ground, and follow the fire authority's evacuation order, in English and Spanish. Prevention, plainly: follow burn bans and fire restrictions for that county and land, report illegal burning through the official channel, and keep access roads clear where the table can help do so lawfully. This tab does not give legal advice and does not direct fire operations.

Working with them, in each county. Each county below is an open working door. A county becomes a named partnership only when that county's office, team, nation, or department confirms it. Until then, the official channel for that county remains the reporting authority.

1. Pierce County: Sheriff door: open, county coordination. Search & Rescue door: open, through the sheriff's official channel. Tribal liaison door: open, nation by nation, sovereignty first. Fire door: open, for forest and community protection between lands. Sheriff Keith Swank is named on pohdner.com in the community's support voice only — he has not endorsed this page and nothing here speaks for his office.

2. Kitsap County: Sheriff, Search & Rescue, tribal liaison, and fire doors: open, to confirm county by county. Peninsula updates stay with the county's official channel.

3. King County: Sheriff, Search & Rescue, tribal liaison, and fire doors: open, to confirm.

4. Thurston County: Sheriff, Search & Rescue, tribal liaison, and fire doors: open, to confirm.

5. Snohomish County: Sheriff, Search & Rescue, tribal liaison, and fire doors: open, to confirm.

6. Clark County: Sheriff, Search & Rescue, tribal liaison, and fire doors: open, to confirm.

7. Grays Harbor County: Sheriff, Search & Rescue, tribal liaison, and fire doors: open, to confirm. Flagship county for the table's housing work — the sheriff, search-and-rescue, liaison, and fire doors stand on their own; no housing partnership is claimed here.

8. Lewis County: Sheriff, Search & Rescue, tribal liaison, and fire doors: open, to confirm.

9. Mason County: Sheriff, Search & Rescue, tribal liaison, and fire doors: open, to confirm.

10. Wahkiakum County: Sheriff, Search & Rescue, tribal liaison, and fire doors: open, to confirm.

How a family, sponsor, team, nation, or crew joins this door. (1) Report a missing person, a danger, or a fire to 911 / the county sheriff and fire authority first. (2) Write to the table through pohdner.com with: county, a named sponsor, which nation or nations are involved if the family wishes to name them, and what help is requested — training, bilingual communication, liaison support, or forest-protection reporting. No missing-person report is published from that message. (3) The table shares only what the family, the nation involved, and the official channel approve, in English and Spanish.

The CCH link, from this table. This table also proposes that the people who act as search and first responders be brought CCH housing attention as proposed sponsor recipients — people who work within their communities and commit to them — receiving a tax-credited type of mobile housing, such as an RV or a land pad, so they can get to sites and be safe. That is this table’s proposal only: it is not a law, and it is not a partnership with, or an endorsement by, any search and rescue team, sheriff, or agency.

ON INTERTRIBAL TRAFFICKING — AND FINDING OUR MISSING, AS TEAMS SOBRE EL TRÁFICO INTERTRIBAL — Y ENCONTRAR A NUESTROS DESAPARECIDOS, COMO EQUIPOS

I speak as somebody related to tribal people. I have decades of evidence of how our own tribal members are trafficking each other from reservation to reservation — targeting family members, and withholding monies from people. It has happened to my relatives. They are now dead — and I have somebody within it right now. When I see this, I drop to my knees, because I know on the inside that nothing is being done, that it is covered up, and that people pretend to be victims when it is our own people. This is my account, told plain: no person, family, or nation is accused by name here — I am saying what I know so that it can be resolved.

My family has had multiple losses to the drug rings and the trafficking rings. This subject flatlines me. I built buildings for safe hubs — safe places for people to land — and I carry that work still.

And now there is a further threat: the integration of migration is bringing real cartels in on a higher, active level, and some of what comes is not well-intentioned. That is why it is critically important for us to unite — with the Indigenous people of the business operations and the communities of this area — so we can protect one another from the trafficking that may now occur on an even larger scale. We stand with our Indigenous Latino business owners and communities, and we work out a safe resolution for anybody who has been subject to these rings.

So this is my statement: as Indigenous people and as Latinas, we need to work — as teams — with the sheriffs across the counties and with the tribes, to complete the finding of the missing and murdered Indigenous people. Every one of them. Name who claims you in the Self Registry on this page, so that if you go missing, you are missing but claimed — and your people, your sheriff, and your tribe can bring you home.

Her cousin, Juanita F. Potter — named for their grandmother — lost her house and was left on the streets. And these last few years, in her own home: her furniture stolen, drugs placed in her house, threats and attacks — documented on video and in photographs. This page will hold that record, and the evidence of the tiny home village work, in one place. It is why this site exists: support for one another, keeping track of our people, and proper housing — so no one stands alone and unclaimed.
